The most important thing for a leader is he knows how to lead a group of person. He must have personality and charm, and sometimes also force. He must appeals to the person: so he shouldn't absolutely be annoying or he shouldn't flaunt his position. However he must give the charge to the friends and he must figure out when his friends are in difficulty. He hasn't be afraid to help someone and he should respect everyone, because if you respect the other person, they are respecting you. This is, in my opinion, the perfect leader. I think I am not a leader, maybe because in my company there isn't a leader, but we are all leaders! This is the reason because we are agree for each other.
